How to Easily Add Music to Your Instagram Posts

Want to know how to add music to Instagram posts? This post will show you how to easily add music to Instagram posts. Instagram is basically one of the most popular photo-sharing apps, and I don’t believe there is a viable Instagram alternative.

Posts, Stories, and Reels are the three platforms available to users. Users choose one of the platforms based on their requirements.

How to Easily Add Music to Your Instagram Posts

What sets these three platforms apart is that, while you can add music to Instagram Stories and Reels, you can’t add music to the background of Instagram posts. This is no longer the case, though. Music has finally been integrated to Instagram posts by the firm.

That means you can use the same method you used to add music to the background of Instagram Stories and Reels to add music to posts from the Instagram music library. So, if you don’t want to just post a photo, you may add music to it to make it more interesting and unique.

Instagram is right now testing the ability to add music to Instagram feed posts in India, Turkey, and Brazil as part of a phased feature rollout. Even if you are a citizen of one of these countries, there is no guarantee that you will be able to use this tool.

How can I add music in the background of my Instagram posts?

To add music/songs to your Instagram feed posts, follow the steps below.

Let’s begin with the fundamentals:

Make sure you have the recent version of the Instagram app installed.

From the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, you may upgrade or download the most recent version.

Start by opening the Instagram app, then tapping the (+) sign in the upper right corner and selecting Post.

Select a picture or video from the gallery that you want to share from the gallery.

Move to the next screen, tap the Forward arrow icon in the upper right corner once you’ve finished.

Here, you can apply a filter of your choosing or edit the photo with the offered photo editing tool.

Return to the previous screen once more.

You can write a caption for a post on this screen.

People can be tagged.

Add a place with a new option, such as Add Music, which will provide a quick recommendation based on your previous experience.

Tap the Add Music button to get to the Instagram Music library and add music of your choosing.

Add for the music you want to include.

Tap to choose it once you’ve found it.

This will bring you to the Add Music screen, where you may customise the Music portion you want to play.

When you’re finished, hit the tick icon in the upper right corner.

Remember that depending on your post, you can add music that lasts anywhere from 1 to 90 seconds.

Finally, to publish the post, click the Tick button once more.

This time, your post will appear in the feed along with the music you’ve included.

Post music is muted by default, but you may unmute it by tapping the unmute icon.

Additionally, the option to add music to a post is limited to images.

It will work normally when you upload a video.

To add music to an Instagram post backdrop, users now need to use third-party applications or services, but the company has finally incorporated the feature natively.

What are your thoughts on the company’s decision to allow music to be included in Instagram posts?

What did you think of the new feature?
